Farmer leader has been a constant attacker towards the central govt over the farm laws.
Tikait has given a new ultimatum to the Centre, giving an extension till November 26.
He has said that after November 26th, the farmers will intensify their agitation in Delhi.
He said that farmers will reach the border at the protest sites around Delhi by tractors from villages.
Yesterday, Tikait had tweeted, "If there is an attempt to forcibly remove the farmers from the borders, then they will make govt offices across the country into Galla Mandi."
