
Ahead of PM Modi's visit, Indian diaspora and supporters of the farmers protest in Glasgow
- Farmers have been protesting on the borders of Delhi for more than 11 months but till now there has not been any outcome.
- Indian diaspora and supporters of the farmers' movement are protesting in Glasgow ahead of Indian PM Narendra Modi's visit to COP26 Glasgow.
- They say, "Indian farmers are demanding provisions & incentive for crop diversification & eco-friendly agriculture but Indian Govt is suppressing them."
- Letting you know, farmer leader Rakesh Tikait has today given a warning to the govt over not listening to their demands.
- Tikait said, "If there is an attempt to forcibly remove the farmers from the borders, then they will make govt offices across the country into Galla Mandi."
