Delhi, the capital of India, is not untouched by the black shadow of crime.

According to the CAG report, between 2013-19, there has been a 275 % increase in crimes in Delhi.
CAG said that the reason behind the rising crime was the lack of resources in the Delhi Police.
NCB report stated that rape cases increased by 43 % in the state in 2020 and 56 cases were of dowry death.
