Good news for Central govt employees, Dearness Allowance increased by 3%
- Before Diwali, the government has given good news to the central employees.
- Union Cabinet has approved a hike in DA of employees and pensioners by 3%.
- According to sources, the Union Cabinet was going to discuss the increase of 3% in DA given to central govt employees and pensioners.
- Its official information was given by Broadcasting Minister Anurag Thakur.
- He said, "This will cost the Centre approx Rs. 9,488 crore. It will benefit 47 lakh govt employees and 68 lakh, pensioners."
