Why the arrest of the one who hoisted the tricolor?- Kejriwal on Sanjay Singh's arrest
- AAP's Uttar Pradesh in-charge and Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh was taken into custody by the Commissionerate Police.
- He had reached Varanasi to lead the Tricolor Sankalp Yatra. He was stopped and detained by the police on the airport road near Ganeshpur Tarna in BHEL on Thursday morning.
- He was repeatedly asking for a copy of the order on the basis of which he was stopped by the police.
- Now, AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal has tweeted, "How can it be a crime to take the tricolor yatra in one's own country?"
- "Why the arrest of the one who hoisted the tricolor? What kind of law is this?", he further asked.
