
Lakhimpur massacre: 4 arrested including BJP leader riding a car that crushed farmers
- UP Police has arrested four other accused involved in the incident of crushing farmers with a car in the Lakhimpur Kheri case.
- These include a BJP leader Sumit Jaiswal, who was allegedly riding in that SUV at the time of the incident.
- Sumit Jaiswal is a local BJP leader, who in a video was seen running away from a car that crushed farmers.
- On the contrary, Sumit has lodged an FIR against unknown farmers, in which there is an allegation of beating his driver, friend and two BJP assassins to death.
- Union Minister Ajay Mishra's son Ashish Mishra is already arrested in this case.
