Till now, 13 rounds of military talks between the two countries have been completed but no conclusion has been drawn out.
In a press conference, Congress leader Pawan Khera has claimed that Dr. Manmohan Singh was able to resolve the situation within 21 days.
He said that today, even after one and a half years, no progress is visible on the ground.
He said, "Tell the country what has been discussed in it. On the other hand, the army chief said, China is here to stay."
