
Power crisis- PMO to hold a meeting to review coal supply in the country
- The Central govt has intensified its exercise to deal with the shortfall in coal supply in power plants across India.
- According to the sources, PMO will conduct a review on Tuesday regarding the status of the coal supply.
- Earlier, Energy Minister RK Singh also held a meeting with officials of the ministry and private companies.
- Singh has clearly said that there is no power crisis in the country and neither will it be allowed to happen.
- He said that he had a talk regarding coal stalk with Coal Minister Prahlad Joshi and efforts have been intensified to increase coal supply.
