- But, UP police has arrested Navjot Singh Sidhu and other cabinet ministers and MLAs.
- Navjot Sidhu and other Congress leaders have stayed at the Saharanpur border.
- The administration has allowed only five leaders to enter UP, while 3 Congress leaders have been taken into custody.
