The Supreme Court had constituted a committee in January this year because of the impasse between the govt and farmers over three farm laws.
However, the farmers' organizations were not in favour of the formation of any committee.
Even now, the govt says that even after being called, the farmers never come to join the committee.
On this matter, BKU spokesperson Rakesh Tikait said that he has given his stand, the govt should directly talk to the farmers.
When asked whether he was ready to become a party to the court, he said, 'What do we have to do with court? We mean the govt'.
