- The general public of the country is not only battling the Corona epidemic but is also badly affected by inflation. Rahul Gandhi has taken a jibe at Narendra Modi for this.
- He wrote in the tweet, "Petrol is responsible for record-breaking inflation, the central government is responsible for record-breaking petrol prices."
- He further wrote, "One person is responsible for breaking all the wrong records." By one person he meant PM Narendra Modi.
- Responding to the tweet, a person wrote, "Narendra Modi has proved to be the weakest Prime Minister, he only wants the best of his people."
- Significantly, the prices of petrol and diesel have increased a lot. In Madhya Pradesh, petrol is Rs 110 a litre, and in Andhra Pradesh the price of petrol is Rs 87 a litre.
