SC reprimands Kisan Mahapanchayat over farmers disrupting traffic
- The Supreme Court has today slammed the Kisan Mahapanchayat over blocking national highways during the protest.
- Hearing a petition, the court said that the farmers are disrupting traffic, blocking trains and national highways.
- The court said to farmers, "You have the right to protest but you don't have the right to harass the public."
- It further added, " Due to your performance, common people are facing many problems."
- The top court said that the farmers have already strangled the city for long time and now want to come inside the city."
