
'Bharat bandh against farm laws turns successful, next strategy to be decided soon' - Rakesh Tikait
- Farmers had today called a 10-hour Bharat Bandh in protest against the Agriculture Act passed by the Central Government.
- Farmer leader Rakesh Tikait said that the Bharat Bandh was a complete success, the future strategy will be decided by United Kisan Morcha, which will be disclosed soon.
- On the question of not getting support from some organizations, he said, "There are more than one thousand farmer organizations, if two or four didn't support, there was no effect."
- Yogendra Yadav of Swaraj India also described the Bharat Bandh as a success and said, "Power is related to capitalists-brokers, that is why India is closed."
- Yogendra said, "Those who say that this movement is from Punjab-Haryana, today's Bharat Bandh has answered."
