
Hemant Soren meets Amit Shah with leaders of 9 parties on caste census, submits joint memorandum
- A delegation of leaders of all the parties of the state led by CM Hemant Soren met Union Home Minister Amit Shah in New Delhi today to conduct the Caste Census.
- They also demanded and also submitted a memorandum in this regard to Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
- The delegation included leaders of a total of nine parties, including the main opposition party BJP.
- Hemant Soren shared photos of the meeting after meeting the Union Home Minister on social media.
- He wrote, "Meeting Hon'ble Home Minister Shri @AmitShah Ji in Delhi along with members of the all-party delegation from Jharkhand and giving them a caste-based census."
