- The court, while hearing the petition of the child, instructed him to concentrate on his studies, not to fall into the trap of filing the petition.
- The court, while refusing to allow the school to open, said, "according to scientists, the threat of the third wave still remains."
- A bench of Justice DY Chandrachud said, "children have not yet been vaccinated, so cannot decide to open schools within every state."
