19 Opposition parties begin 11-day sit-in against the policies of central government
- Nineteen opposition parties are going to protest across the country from today against the policies of the central government. The protest will last for 11 days till the end of September.
- The opposition leaders said, "Our outline would be prepared by the state units related to their party. We will take full care of the Corona protocol."

- The leaders of these parties had also issued a charter of 11-point demands before the Centre.
- After the virtual meeting called by Congress President Sonia Gandhi, the leaders said in a joint statement, "we will jointly hold protests across the country from September 20 to 30, 2021."
