- Rakesh Tikait, the national spokesperson of the BKU does not suspect rigging in the assembly elections but is sure.
- Attacking the govt, he said that the EC set up to run the democratic system is in the possession of the central government.
- Tikait said, "There is also interference of the government in other constitutional institutions."
- He added, "No organization is able to function independently. That is why there will be rigging in the assembly elections."
