- Giving the reason, the study unveiled that this was due to the country's high internet penetration rate, increasing social media consumption and lack of internet literacy to users.
- The study is named Prevalence and Source Analysis of COVID-19 Misinformation in 138 Countries.
- It was published in Sage's International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions journal.
