Remove Jinnah's photo from AMU- BJP adamant on demand before PM visits Aligarh, photos pasted in toilet
- Controversy has arisen again in Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) over the photo of the founder of Pakistan, Mohammad Ali Jinnah.
- Ahead of PM Narendra Modi's visit to the city on September 14, BJP workers are adamant on the demand to remove Jinnah's photo from there.
- They also staged a protest at DS College on Sunday evening for this, while later pasting Jinnah's pictures in the public toilet near Gandhi Park bus stand.
- At the time when the party workers had put Jinnah's photos in the toilet, some people had also taken photographs. The pictures related to this incident started going viral.
- However, when the administration came to know about this, the photographs pasted there were immediately removed.
