
"BJP spreading terror in 10 places"- Former Tripura CM Manik Sarkar
- At least eight important party offices of the main opposition CPI(M) were burnt or damaged in Tripura on Wednesday.
- Police and party sources said that several vehicles and other properties were vandalized in Agartala and three other districts.
- CPM leaders, including former CM Manik Sarkar, said that the workers and leaders of the ruling BJP visited the party headquarters and district offices.
- The CPM's district office in Bishalgarh was first damaged by a bulldozer, then set ablaze, burning most of the property and papers to ashes.
- The CPM has claimed that six vehicles and over a dozen two-wheelers were torched in Agartala and elsewhere.
