Mumbai court remarks- 'Auto driver is not responsible if death occurs on a bad road'
- A court in Mumbai, Maharashtra acquitted the auto driver, making a strange remark in the accident case.
- 11 years ago, an auto driver had hit his auto with a pole in which one person died and three were injured out of the 4.
- The deceased filed a case against the driver alleging that the driver was driving the auto in a zigzag manner, due to which the accident happened.
- The court said during the hearing, "The road on which the accused was driving the auto was bad, so it is not possible to drive the auto properly."
- The court further added the accident on such roads happen not due to driver's fault but because of the bad condition of road.
