Anand Daga, the lawyer of former Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh, was arrested by the CBI yesterday at 11 pm in Mumbai.
Along with this, the investigating agency has also arrested a sub-inspector posted in the CBI.
Both are accused of trying to influence the investigation against the former home minister of Maharashtra.
Both of them will be brought to Delhi for further questioning. The name of the CBI sub-inspector who was arrested is Abhishek Tiwari.
Letting you know, the CBI has also raided their premises in Delhi and Allahabad.
