- These states include Punjab, Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, Jharkhand, Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh and Uttarakhand etc.
- The Delhi government has also opened schools that were closed since the outbreak of the Corona epidemic.
- Delhi Deputy CM and Education Minister Manish Sisodia said, "If we do not open schools yet, then an entire generation will move forward with a knowledge gap.
- He added, "When we sought suggestions from the public, 70% of the people strongly wanted schools to be opened at any cost."
