After the lathi charge on the farmers in Karnal, Haryana, the attitude of the farmers has become even more heated regarding the agricultural laws.
Farmer leader Rakesh Tikait tweeted about the incident in Karnal and wrote, "The farmer is ready to make every sacrifice to save the country."
On the other hand, Shiv Sena today termed the lathi-charge on farmers in Haryana as the "second Jallianwala Bagh" incident.
It wrote in the editorial, "Manohar Lal Khattar's govt has no right to continue in power."
It added, "The govt is not talking to the farmers, it needs 'people's blessings'. Will they get the blessings of the people by breaking the heads of farmers?"
