
Yogi govt will soon stop the sale of meat and liquor in Mathura, the city of Lord Krishna
- Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath said on Monday that the sale of meat and liquor in the city of Lord Krishna will be stopped soon.
- People engaged in these works will be rehabilitated in other occupations by stopping sales in Vrindavan, Govardhan, Nandgaon, Barsana, Gokul, Mahavan and Baldev.
- The CM had reached Mathura on Monday to attend the programs organized on the birth anniversary of Lord Shri Krishna and to have a darshan of God at Shri Krishna's birthplace.
- CM said, "Now, it is the wish of the public that liquor and meat should not be sold at these holy places, so I assure you that it will happen."
- Adityanath said, "Braj Bhoomi has to be taken again in the direction of development with a new colour. We will leave no stone unturned for development."
