Rajnath Singh had promised OBC census, but now forgot – Union minister surrounds her own govt
- Many BJP leaders are targeting their own government regarding the caste census. Apna Dal chief Anupriya Patel, who is in NDA, has raised questions.
- Patel said that by knowing the number and economic condition of backward castes, the work of their development can be done. She has also demanded a separate OBC ministry.

- She reminded Rajnath Singh that in 2018 he had promised that OBCs would be counted in the 2021 census. But the government is not fulfilling its resolve now.
