On the complaint of victim, a case was registered against those who beat him, but after a while, on the complaint of a class VI student, a case was also registered against him.
The victim youth was booked under POCSO Act for molestation, forgery and cheating.
Condemning this action of the police, Asaduddin Owaisi got furious and said that the crime of the showdown is that despite being a Muslim, he was not lynched silently.
He wrote, "Those who robbed and killed him have not been arrested yet. The HM of MP is also openly making excuses for the criminals, there is no difference between the elected governments and the extremist mobs."
