Shameful: Dalit girl and parents assaulted for asking Prasad in the temple

- According to the information received, on coming to know about the parents of the girl, the people of the temple administration assaulted them.
- According to the news published in The Telegraph, this incident happened on August 14, but became public on August 20, after which there was a ruckus.
- In Karnataka itself, on August 17, a Dalit was burnt with chemicals, people full of caste superiority carried out this incident.
- Dalit activist Mahesh Chandra Guru said that the delay in coming to the fore of these two incidents shows the attitude of the society towards Dalits, casteism has taken a deep root.
