LG Anil Baijal again rejects proposal of the committee to investigate deaths due to lack of oxygen: Manish Sisodia
- Delhi's Lieutenant Governor Anil Baijal has again rejected the proposal of a committee constituted by the Arvind Kejriwal govt to investigate the death due to lack of oxygen in the country's capital.
- Deputy CM Manish Sisodia gave this information on Friday. Sisodia said, "We had again sent the file to the LG sahib but he has refused to form the inquiry committee again."
- He added, "There is no need to form an inquiry committee whether it has happened or not."
- "The central govt is also saying that there is no need to investigate if the death has occurred due to lack of oxygen, LG sahib is also saying the same", said Sisodia.
- The Deputy CM said that on one hand, the Center is asking the states to tell how many deaths occurred due to lack of oxygen, while on the other they are saying that if they do not allow the investigation, how will the states tell?
