- In the Delhi rape case, a hearing was held in the High Court on Wednesday in the matter of making the photo of the girl's family viral on social media.
- Senior advocate Sajan Poovaiya, appearing for Twitter, told the court, "We removed Rahul Gandhi's tweet because it was against our policy."
- Twitter deleted the tweet posted by the Congress MP and claimed to have blocked his account as well.
- Let us inform you, in the case of raping an innocent, a demand was made to register a case against Rahul under the POCSO Act for making the photo of his family members viral on social media.
- The petitioner said that the identity of the girl's kin has been made public for political gains, which is totally unfair.
