Monsoon session: Uproar of opposition MPs, proceedings adjourned till noon in both houses

This time the Monsoon Session of Parliament has completely come under the ruckus of the opposition.
This is the last week of the monsoon season. It will end on August 13, but due to the uproar of the opposition, the proceedings of both the houses have been disrupted continuously till now.
On the issue of the Pegasus scandal and agricultural laws, the opposition's protest is going on continuously and due to this the functioning of both the houses is not being done.
When the proceedings of the Lok Sabha started at 11 am on Tuesday, the members of the opposition started a ruckus as a result of which the proceedings had to be adjourned till noon.
On the other hand, the proceedings of the Rajya Sabha had to be adjourned till noon due to the uproar.
