UP: Prime Minister Modi to transfer 4,720 crores to two crore 36 lakh farmers today
- Under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, PM Narendra Modi will transfer 4,720 crores to the accounts of 2 crore 36 lakh farmers of UP today.
- The amount for the months of August, September, October and November will be sent to the accounts of Rs 2,000 per installment.
- Under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, run by the Central Govt, 32,500 crore rupees have been given to about 18 lakh farmers.
- On Monday, the PM will also release its second instalment. Apart from this, he will also interact with three beneficiaries of the Agriculture Infrastructure Fund scheme.
- According to the state govt spokesperson, Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath will participate in the program through a virtual platform.
