Politicians are capable of distributing medicines even though govt has failed- Delhi HC takes down a major prosecution
- During the second wave of Coronavirus infection, good people who buy and distribute oxygen without any wrong intention in Delhi will not be prosecuted.
- The Drug Control Department of Delhi has given this information to the Delhi High Court on Thursday.
- The court said that no further order was required to be passed in the matter and dismissed the petition seeking registration of a case on this allegation.
- It was alleged in the petition from where and how the politicians had bought large quantities of oxygen and medicines during the crisis. It should be investigated.
- The court said that politicians are also capable of procuring and distributing medicines during the COVID-19 crisis, even though the govt side has met with disappointment in the matter.
