
Antilia case: NIA says- 'Witnesses are constantly being threatened, they are afraid to give statement'
- The NIA has sought more time to file the charge sheet in the case of explosives found outside Mukesh Ambani's house Antilia and the murder of Mansukh Hiren.
- The NIA told the special court that the witnesses are being threatened continuously and hence they are afraid to give their statements.
- The NIA also told the court that a contract worth Rs 45 lakh was given for the murder of Mansukh Hiren.
- The NIA has sought one month's additional time to file the charge sheet against Sachin Vajhe and four other accused.
- The special court has already given two months to file the charge sheet in this case.
