Supporting farmers' protest, farmers of Assam, Odisha join the 'Farmers' Parliament' in Delhi

  • The United Kisan Morcha said that a delegation of farmers from Assam and Odisha had attended the 'Kisan Sansad' at Jantar Mantar on Monday.
  • The SKM, which is spearheading the agitation, said that members of the Andhra Pradesh Kisan Sangh and the All India Kisan Sabha from Tamil Nadu would also join soon.

  • As part of the Kisan Sansad, 200 farmers gather here every day at Jantar Mantar to deliberate on issues related to the farming community.
