Khattar govt forms special cow protection task force, people of NGOs will also be included
- The BJP government of Haryana has constituted a task force at the state and district level for the protection of cows.
- The task force formed at the district level will work in coordination with the police administration of the district.
- A total of six members will be appointed in the state-level team and 11 members will be appointed in the district level team.
- According to the notification issued by the Haryana govt, the task of this task force will be to stop cow smuggling and cow slaughter.
- Along with govt members, people from NGOs and social organizations will also be included in this task force.
