- Congress leader Jairam Ramesh attacked the govt after the Rajya Sabha proceedings were disrupted on Monday due to uproar by the opposition demanding a discussion on the Pegasus controversy.
- Jairam Ramesh said that Parliament is not working because the government does not agree with the legitimate demands of the parties.
- He said, "The entire opposition is united on the demand to announce a Supreme Court-monitored probe into the Pegasus espionage issue in the presence of the PM or the Home Minister."
