Caste Based Census: Why Modi govt doesn't want to count Hindus of backward classes? Tejashwi Yadav asks question
- RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav has once again surrounded the Modi government. He said that the BJP supports caste census in both the houses of Bihar.
- Tejashwi said, "But in the Parliament itself, the puppet of Bihar only makes an announcement from the Minister of State for backward classes not to conduct caste census."
- He asked, "Why does the central government not want to conduct the OBC census? Why is BJP so hated by Backward/Most Backward Classes?"
- "Animals are counted in the census. Dog-cat, elephant-horse, lion-jackal, cycle-scooter all count", said Tejashwi.
- He said, "For their calculation, only one column has to be added to the census form. There is no extra cost for that. That is, there will be no financial burden on the govt."
