- In the latest episode of 'Prime Time With Ravish Kumar' (July 19, 2021), senior journalist Ravish Kumar has described the Pegasus spy case as the biggest threat to democracy and said that it is a bogus thing.
- It is said that 80 journalists of 16 newspapers and news websites from 10 countries of the world are working hard to defame India.
- Ravish said, "This has happened and this is happening in this country. This news of monitoring the opposition and journalists in a country with troubled economic conditions is terrifying."
- Ravish also targeted the news published in Hindi newspapers related to Pegasus and said that most of the newspapers have been published in such a way that it can be printed and hidden.
- He said, "According to Paris' Forbidden Stories and Amnesty International, which are doing non-profit journalism, lists of more than 50 k phone numbers around the world were and were to be monitored by Israeli software."
