Today is the second day of the monsoon session of Parliament. There is a possibility of uproar in Parliament over the Pegasus espionage scandal.
The opposition parties have started to surround the government by preparing a strategy on this issue.
TMC leader Sukhendu Shekhar Roy has demanded an immediate discussion on the Pegasus phone hacking issue under Rule 267 by suspending business in the Rajya Sabha.
The government is also busy preparing for its defence. IT Minister Ashwini Vaishnav will make a statement on this issue in Rajya Sabha today.
In such a situation, there is a possibility of uproar in Parliament on the second day of the monsoon session.
