Due to a legal loophole, Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust is returning the donations of foreign devotees
- Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) launched the 'Sarman Nidhi Abhiyan' for the construction of the temple of Lord Ram in Ayodhya.
- Ram devotees from all over the country took part in it. Indians and foreign Ram devotees living abroad also contributed a lot to this.
- So far, about Rs 3500 crore has been collected with Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust in the form of a dedicated fund.
- But now Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust is returning the donations received from foreign Ram devotees to them.
- A legal loophole is becoming a major obstacle in accepting this cooperation of foreign Ram devotees.
