Bihar floods: Mother waited for a boat with her child for 2 hours, later the child died
- Like every year in Bihar, once again the floods have started wreaking havoc. Lakhs of people are badly affected in more than half the districts of the state.
- In the Motihari district, a mother waited for a boat with her three-month-old sick child for two hours. The boat did not come and the girl died.
- Four teams of NDRF have been deployed a short distance away from the place where this incident took place. After the death of the girl, the boat could reach.
- Even in Madhubani, many villages have turned into islands. Whenever people have to go out of the village, the boat becomes the only support, they are forced to drink dirty water.
- Due to the floods, the pace of corona vaccination has come to a standstill in Bihar. The health department is also reaching the village by arranging a boat.
