Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal today arrived in Goa. There he promised a guarantee regarding electricity in a press conference.
Kejriwal said that he will give 300 units of free electricity in Goa. With this scheme, the electricity bill of 87 percent of people in Goa will become zero.
The CM of Delhi said that old bills will also be waived and electricity will be supplied 24 hours in the state.
