- Vaishnav, taking charge of his ministries, said, "In the last 67 years, great work has been done in the railway sector, I will take it forward."
- Vaishnav, who was seen in a very active mode, issued an order that the staff in the office would have to work almost night and day.
- He said that the work will be done in two shifts, the first shift – from seven in the morning to four in the evening, then the second shift – from three in the afternoon to midnight.
- This order has been issued only for the employees of the minister's office and not for the private or railway staff.
