Lucknow administration demolishes the building of the former BSP MP worth 100 crores

  • In the River Bank Colony of Lucknow, a multi-storey apartment being built by former BSP MP Dawood was demolished by the govt today.
  • The ASI had ordered its demolition. Its explosion was so strong that it was heard far and wide.
  • The cost of the demolished building is said to be Rs 100 crore.
  • The driver of a Poklen machine, which was breaking it while the building collapsed, suffered minor injuries.
  • Dawood had moved the High Court against this, but his petition was rejected.
