- Farmer leader Rakesh Tikait was enraged by this fight. He said, "Some BJP leaders were using the stage to welcome a leader."
- Tikait said, "This is a platform of a united front, not that anyone should come and welcome anyone, if anyone wants to come, he should join the united front."
- Rakesh Tikait further added, "If the stage is used for any BJP leader or tries to capture, then their buckles will be torn apart."
- He said, "If you want to consider it as a threat, then understand that the stage will not be allowed to be occupied, welcome anywhere in the whole country but will not let it happen here."
