A case under the NSA has been registered against the SP leader who was arrested in connection with the assault on an elderly person in Ghaziabad.
The UP Police had arrested Umaid Wahlen saying that he had given a religious color to the matter by doing a Facebook live with the victim Abdul Samad.
The FIR registered against Umaid Pehalwan alleged that he made 'unnecessary' videos, which told about the attack on Samad.
The police arrested several people in this case and denied any communal angle in the matter.
Letting you know, many opposition leaders, including Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, had targeted the CM Yogi govt regarding this matter.
