After a day's relief, oil prices increase again, petrol reaches Rs 110 in Rajasthan, diesel- Rs 100

  • Petrol and diesel prices in the country are rising every other day. They have become costlier by more than Rs 8 per litre in the last 2 months.
  • There has been a boom in the international crude market, which has had an impact on oil prices. Today, oil prices have been increased again.
  • Petrol is costlier by 31 to 35 paise per litre and diesel by 26 to 30 paise per litre. Petrol is running beyond Rs 100 per litre in many cities of the country.
  • The most expensive petrol is being sold in Rajasthan's Sri Ganganagar, where its price has crossed Rs 110 per litre. Here, diesel has also crossed Rs 100.
  • Petrol is reaching 99 in the capital Delhi. If the price keeps on increasing, then in Mumbai it will soon reach beyond 105.
