
Protests at many places on the 7th month of the farmers' movement, Tomar appeals to farmers to end the agitation
- Farmers on Saturday tried to march to the residences of governors in several states to mark the completion of 7 months of their agitation.
- While Union Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar appealed to them to end the agitation.
- About 40 farmer organizations are protesting under the 'Samyukt Kisan Morcha' (SKM) at various borders of Delhi.
- The SKM claimed that farmers were detained during protests in some states including Haryana, Punjab, Karnataka, Uttarakhand, MP, and Telangana.
