Shocking! Police knew about Aditya's conversion, instead of taking action, they registered a case of kidnapping
- In Kanpur, the family members had told everything about the conversion of deaf and mute student Aditya Gupta, resident of Kakadev, to the Kalyanpur police.
- Instead of taking action, the police registered a case of kidnapping. According to Aditya's mother Lakshmi, her son went missing from the house on March 10.
- Then she came to know about the conversion of her son. On April 12, he lodged a missing complaint at Kalyanpur police station.
- It was also told that he is in touch with Sabir and Shahad, residents of Kerala. His mobile number was also given. The police did not take action on getting the CDR removed.
- If the police had become active at the same time, the game of conversion would have been exposed earlier.
